SlikWeb guarantees a minimum of 99.99% network uptime target across all global datacenter regions for our Cloud Server, VPS, and Bare Metal Dedicated products.
2. Hardware Replacement SLA (Bare Metal)
In the rare event of a physical hardware component failure (RAM, NVMe drive, power supply) on a Dedicated Server, our datacenter on-site engineers commit to replacing faulty hardware within 15 minutes of identification.
3. Service Credits Matrix
If network availability drops below our guaranteed thresholds in any given billing cycle, customers are eligible for account credits according to the following schedule:
- 99.90% - 99.98% Uptime: 10% monthly service credit
- 99.00% - 99.89% Uptime: 25% monthly service credit
- < 99.00% Uptime: 50% monthly service credit
